Information Technology Manager
This position is responsible for the information systems of the company. Formulates and recommends (for approval) hardware and software solutions. Performs hands-on involvement in daily activities. This is an exempt position that may require in excess of a 40-hour week in order to effectively carry out the job duties.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science or other related discipline(s) with 7-10 years in a manufacturing or production environment, and 3-5 years of managerial experience. This position requires expertise in various operating systems, networking solutions, advanced databases, application development tools and communication systems. Must be experienced in negotiating and executing contracts related to hardware, software and telecommunications, service level agreements, and licensing agreements. Specific knowledge in ERP, CRM, CAD, Novell, HP-Unix and Microsoft solutions is preferred. Excellent communication skills are required. Must be able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent internal customer service.

Machinist - CNC
Candidates must possess qualifications and skill level of a machinist, including knowledge of all fabrication machinery in order to cover for other personnel when out, or to assist in completion of a job when designated by the lead person. Must display above-average abilities on manual mills and lathes, and works efficiently and safely. Ability to read blueprints and set-up sheets thoroughly. Able to work harmoniously with fellow employees. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a vocational diploma in machine tool technology, or equivalent experience or training, and three years of machine shop experience. Requires ability to read blueprints and set-up sheets. Requires knowledge of all machine codes and their proper functions, to include canned cycles and related codes, "G" and "M" codes, and "I" and "J" centers when using circular interpolation. Must be able to program using g-codes and have experience with using CAM programs. Position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be very quality conscious and have the ability to work with little or no supervision. Technical Service Representative
This position is primarily responsible for field installation and maintenance of CMD equipment for new and existing customers. The job involves representing CMD to the customer and assuring customer satisfaction through proper equipment set-up, operator training and on-going service calls. Position will also be called upon to perform in-house check-out of finished machinery prior to shipping, final inspection of machinery, and sales support when technical representation is required. Geographic area of responsibility is worldwide. Qualified candidate will have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience or training in engineering, sales or technical service. Position requires an extensive working knowledge of electrical systems and electrical trouble-shooting experience; a sound mechanical aptitude; ability to apply electrical and mechanical knowledge to sufficiently understand, explain and modify the total functions, limitations or adaptations of CMD equipment; familiarity with a 24-hour-per-day manufacturing process, preferably in the plastics or paper industry. Must have professional appearance and a pleasant personality; ability to work under stressful conditions including interruptions, heavy information flow and changes in job task priority; ability to think creatively and innovatively; ability to work harmoniously with fellow employees and customers. Position requires travel globally with extended visits of two-to-three weeks possible.
