PDI H-Series Header Bag Machine The PDI® H-Series Header Bag System processes and seals multiple material types to produce breather and header bags for customized medical applications. The system offers consistent, high-quality output at speeds over 100 cycles per minute and full computer control for ease of operation. The dual servo-drive H-Series features high-speed indexing and registration of multiple webs, unique, side-to-side registrationfor longitudinal sealers, multiple-web print registration and a four-roll unwind system to accommodate various materials. PDI S-Series Shaped Seal Medical Pouch Machine The PDI® S-Series Shaped Seal Pouch System produces surgical peel pouches, retort pouches and barrier pouches in any shape. Computer control delivers premium quality at speeds over 200 cycles per minute. The system offers a unique platen design which promotes even heat and pressure distribution, ultrasonic edge guiding and razor-slitting system with web tacking guide. Servo drive reduces mechanical components and increases reliability. |
