The Model 0229RDC Rotary Die Cut System allows converters to offer popular, "easy close and carry" bags in an efficient, integrated process with no need to add twist-tie closures or drawstring. The unit offers precise cutting at speeds up to 600 fpm (183 mpm) and produces a variety of die cuts for handle bags. The Model 0229RDC runs well in or out of line and is an excellent addition to your bag making operation.

"Air over hydraulic" die roll loading allows tool-less adjustments while operating. The pressure booster eliminates the need for hydraulic pump and oil cooler.
Optical perf detector eliminates high voltage spark detector and minimizes electrical noise.
Since the die cutter uses servo-based outfeed technology similar to bag machines, there is no need for a dancer controlled infeed, resulting in a shorter, more controllable web path.
The servo web guide maintains web control, even if the die cut unit is by-passed for converting other bag styles. Film path accuracy is maintained even if the equipment is not perfectly aligned.
Simple operator controls are similar to CMD based bag machines.
