The Model 1400DBS Clamp Stack Bottomseal System is designed to handle a broad range of films up to 10 mil and produces bags from 8 to 99 inches. Designed to fit in a standard ocean freight container for economical shipping, the Model 1400 DBS features metric design and is CE certified. It features Indramat controls and nichrome wire sealing. The 1400 DBS features servo sealing and single programming, for reliable production and simplified operation. The clamp stack feature precisely aligns bags and holds stack integrity for easy packaging downstream.
The streamlined Model1400DBS offers multi-lane converting for high production output and thoughtful maintenance design features, like the highest-quality pneumatics and electronically-controlled speed references throughout the machine. Main belt drives are located on the outside of the machine for easy access.
