The CMD 3113 folder can individually cross fold bags once, twice, or three times. Designed with production speeds of up to 700 fpm (213 mpm), the 3113 is built with robust construction, allowing for maximum production efficiencies while minimizing maintenance. Features such as production data collection, automatic set-up and self-diagnostics will allow for consistent production at the highest available speeds for your operation.

  • The optional auto stacker efficiently collects folded stacks with 4" to 13" widths and 4" to 13" lengths
  • Stacks can be dropped at a rate of 30 per minute
  • The folder and stacker are controlled from one convenient touch screen. Features include:
    • Production data collection
    • Automatic product set-up
    • Self-diagnostics
  • Optional clean-out conveyor allows adjustments to be made upstream or down stream of the auto stacker without stopping the line
  • Designed to integrate with a variety of conveying and automation systems
