The Model BPG series of Bubble Post Gusseters are designed to gusset blown film from single lane to multiple lane configurations. Air loaded nips allow for ease of threading as well as prevent any loss of bubble air during the converting process. The collapsible tent frame assembly and gusset board adjustments are easily accessed from the full width web tunnel operator platform. Maple gusset and tent frame boards help prevent static buildup. The Model BPG series offers print registration and converts at speeds up to 600 fpm (183 mpm).
