High-performance efficiency for perf-connected bags on a roll

The CMD Model 660DLW is a robust, high capacity winder capable of winding two lanes of perforated, non-overlapped product. The DLW runs downstream of a range of CMD and other OEM bag machines, including the 1320GBM bag machine and shuttle-type bag machines with continuous motion prior to entering the dual-lane winder. The machine utilizes a retractable forked spindle. This machine can be threaded and started in a line speeds up to 600 fpm (183 m/min)

  • Cycle speeds up to 20 rolls/min each lane = 40 rolls/min total (non-banded rolls)
  • Winding configurations:
    • 2-up for web widths 13 in (330 mm) or less
    • 1-up for web widths 24 in (609 mm) or less
  • Independent dancer control for each lane: If one lane is down, the other lane can continue production
