 Remote Communication Interface (Required for Foreign Installations)

o   Establishes communication connection between CMD computer and field installed machinery

o   Allows technicians to monitor and troubleshoot control program remotely

o   Allows technicians to upload/download the control program or operator interface (HMI) application

o   Customer must provide access to the internet by one of three means: direct cable, wireless, or cellular

o   Phone service support by experienced technicians (normal service rates apply)
